Precision Technologies Incorporated (PTI) in Crestline, Ohio was established in 1997 as an independent Coordinate Measuring Machine service by founder Pete Dzugan. Initially, PTI was only a CMM inspection and certification facility. However in 2003, at the requests of our clients, we established PPM or Precision Products and Machine Incorporated to accommodate our existing and future client bases need for tooling. Whether your company’s product needs to be designed from the ground up or simply modified we are committed to providing our clients with quality service from start to finish. Precision Technologies Incorporated is an ISO/IEC 17025 certified laboratory. We offer a wide variety of services ranging from third party cmm inspection service to calibration to sorting services for your company’s parts. All measuring services will be performed by highly qualified technicians and will include certification papers guaranteed to comply with all customer requirements and all measuring will be conducted on certified equipment. We will track all calibrations and send advance notice when re-calibration is required. PTI will, at your request, pick-up and deliver your company’s products.
Quite often in the cmm inspection and certification business a substantial amount of time is used up by client dialog that is needed to see the job through. Precision Technologies Incorporated can solve your part inspection problems utilizing certified metrology equipment at our environmentally controlled facility for the following precision measurement services; single/lot part inspection, capability studies, GR&R studies, full/partial dimensional layout, scanning and reverse engineering. PTI can give you a complete turnkey solution for your CMM inspection programming requirements. We support the following CMM languages and capabilities: PC-DMIS, Measure Max, Direct Inspect, OF13/FLB3, and SHEFFNET. Also, we can design and develop custom operator interfaces, menu selectable measurements, as well as perform program updates, routine maintenance and off-line programming. |
